When it comes to blister sealers, there is a WIDE range to choose from. We carry four different brands of NEW blister sealers, and within each brand are models that go from small table top machines to large fully automatics capable of over 20 cycles per minute.
The Small table top machines are usually 120 volt (standard wall plug) that you can use on your kitchen table if need be. The Big Automatics have a foot print of nearly 8' X 8' and are geared for big number production. For example, the 6 & 8 station rotary machines made by Algus, Starview and Visual can seal several packages per cycle (sometimes as many as 8) at a rate of 20+ cycles per minute. Do the math!! That's 160+ packages per minute.. An average 8 hour shift would produce up to 64,000 packages! (based on a 50 minute production hour).
Thankfully, there are several models available between the small table tops and the fully automatics. Some are hand fed, and some can be fitted with feeders for increased production rates. Give us a call and we will help you figure out which models and options will best fit your needs AND budget!
