We have a couple of different styles of die cutters available. First is the AmPak Rotomatic Style (Pictured to the left) where the cutting die is mounted in the chase plate which opens and closes like an alligator mouth. The rollers traverse forward then back. The chase opens and exposes your cut parts. Cycle times are around 7 seconds. (not including loading or unloading of your product.
The second stye is the "pass thru" type where the cutting die is shuttled left and right through a pair of stationary rollers. Cycle times are about the same as the Rotomatic, but the loading and unloading of product takes just a little longer.
Either style is plenty fast to more than keep up with any skin packaging machine. Both are very safe to operate. The Rotomatic requires a little more maintenance and set up while the pass thru machines are more simple to adjust and maintain.
