Great Plains Packaging Systems Service Department
We offer in house full service repair and reconditioning, along with a mobile service team for repairs in the field. The option to recondition, rather than buy new has saved many of our customers large amounts of money. From complete ground up rebuilds to a basic maintenence, we can handle the job in a timely manner. Our service hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
2010 Rates for service:
$100.00/hr for regular hourly service (Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.)
$150.00/hr for weekly after hour service (Over 8 hours or outside normal business hours)
$200.00/hr for weekend emergency service
$65.00/hr for phone technical support (applies to all calls from those who do not purchase their equipment and materials from Great Plains Packaging Systems)
The above rates require two weeks notice for installations, and twenty four hours for machine failures, otherwise emergency rates are double for the first day.
Travel Rates:
Monday - Friday (normal business hours) $70.00 per hour
Over 8 hours or outside normal business hours $105.00 per hour
Weekend $140.00 per hour
Expenses:
Lodging and transportation will be billed at actual cost. If a company car is used, mileage will be invoiced at $.15/mile. A flat $50.00 fee will be charged for meals and incidentals.
Cancellation Policy:
A minimum of 24 hour notice is required to prevent charges. Jobs without this notice will be billed at 1 day standard rate plus any cancellation fees.
